A fresh, colorful, and healthy Hawaiian-inspired bowl that's quick to make and full of flavor.🍚
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked sushi rice (preferably made the day before)
- 200g salmon or tuna
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 mango, diced
- 1/4 cup edamame beans
- 2 tbsp mascarpone cheese
Cooking the rice:
- After the rise is cooked, add 2 tbsp rice vinegar and let it cool down slightly.
Preparing the salmon:
- Cut the salmon or tune into small pieces and place them into a bowl.
- Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and the sesame seeds.
- Cook for 3 minutes at 180°C.
Layering:
- Add all your ingredients to the bowl, finishing with the mascarpone.
