A fresh, colorful, and healthy Hawaiian-inspired bowl that's quick to make and full of flavor.🍚
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice (preferably made the day before)
  • 200g salmon or tuna
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 mango, diced
  • 1/4 cup edamame beans
  • 2 tbsp mascarpone cheese
Cooking the rice:
  • After the rise is cooked, add 2 tbsp rice vinegar and let it cool down slightly.
Preparing the salmon:
  • Cut the salmon or tune into small pieces and place them into a bowl.
  • Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and the sesame seeds.
  • Cook for 3 minutes at 180°C.
Layering:
  • Add all your ingredients to the bowl, finishing with the mascarpone.
